The College of the Desert Street Fair is located on the campus of The
College of the Desert, located at the corner of Monterey Ave and Fred Waring Drive
in Palm Desert, California. The vendor booths are located between Park View Drive
and Magnesia Falls Drive, adjacent to Monterey Ave. The main entry to the Street
Fair is by way of Park View Drive, 1 block north of Fred Waring Drive on Monterey.
Parking is available in lots just south of the vendor area.
Driving Directions
From East or West on I-10
Exit at Monterey Aveune Exit, Palm Desert. Go south on Monterey Ave 5.2
miles to Park View Drive. Turn left onto College Campus.
From San Diego Easiest: Take I-15 North to I-215 North to Moreno Valley. Take I-60 East
until it merges with the I-10 East. Continue on I-10 to Palm Desert, Monterey
Avenue Exit. Go south on Monterey Ave 5.2 miles to Park View Drive. Turn
left onto College Campus.
Scenic Route: Take I-15 North (46.1 miles) to CA-79 S. Exit toward
Temecula. Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on CA-79 (17.6 miles). Turn SLIGHT
LEFT onto CA-371/CAHUILLA RD.; continue 20.7 miles. Turn RIGHT onto
CA-74 East/PINES TO PALMS HWY (24.2 miles). PINES TO PALMS HWY becomes
MONTEREY AVE. Proceed north 1 block past Fred Waring Dr. Turn right on Park
View Drive to COD Campus.
